“Last year, we hired Reynolds to replace the roof at our business, as well as replace part of the fascia and some of the other structures/beams (approximately 3 days time). This past month, they replaced the roof on our home and removed both of the old chimneys (1 day time). Lee and Dave were both wonderful to work with - kind, professional, and thoroughly informative. If you're needing work done, we highly suggest you give them a call!”

He was here when he said he would be, and his crew was on site when "Cooter" said it would be. The quality of the work appears to be top quality. I had previously telephoned Odle Construction and was told he would be here on such a day and such a time he did not show up at the appointed time. I telephoned Odle and left a message I was never contacted by Odle.”

The crew showed up early and had the shingles off, replaced, 2 new skylights in and FINISHED in less than a full day! 2 days later the gutter crew came in and in about an hour we had beautiful new seamless guttering!

“Justin Simmons and his crew are outstanding! I don't think I even saw sunlight on their faces when they arrived. Our roofers were up before the roosters, well before me. With a small crew, they had our roof naked well before 9 am. Two layers of shingles off, with some anticipated decking repair completed, the house was on its way to being dressed before 12.

Aside from being quick and efficient, their team stayed in touch throughout the process from quote to completion. This purchase was stress-free, reassuring, and it came with a warranty. Justin, Reynolds Roofing, is a great choice if you want your roof done professionally, promptly, and with precision. Great work from a great group of people!”

“I have dealt with Dave and Christian either by phone or in person, and I have to say they are just all around nice and respectful people. If I have a question or concern, they're on top of things. I worried I was calling too much, becoming a pest, but they assured me I wasn't. They want their customers happy. The crew they sent to install a new roof did an excellent job, and the two men, Bruce and Kenny, who fixed my soffit, which was damaged by wind and further exploited by nesting starling birds, made it look brand new again. I'm extremely happy, but I gotta say I've seen some pretty mad birds ever since they removed their empty nests and sealed up their intrusive entrances. I felt bad for them, so I made DIY bird houses to hang in a nearby tree. Definitely a happy ending for all.”

“Excellent Experience from start to beautiful finish. Hail damaged my home on March 12th, 2020. Justin from Reynolds inspected my roof, and from there guided me through the entire repair process from help with filling my claim, and communicating necessary information to my insurance company to guidance with choosing product to complete necessary repairs. Once authorized for repairs, product was ordered, and the repair process began without delay. Total renovations included New roof, siding, gutters w/ gutter guards, and new window boxes. The entire staff was courteous, professional , and managed all aspects in a timely, and efficient manner. Clean up was well managed after renovations making the entire process totally painless for me as a homeowner. I as well watched Reynolds serve my neighbors with the same quality service over the past several weeks following the March 12th storm .... Beautiful work, excellent service ... Thank you Reynolds Roofing, and Exteriors !”

“We just had our house reroofed by Reynolds Roofing and Siding. We are very pleased with the results.

The work was required after a recent hail storm. I was referred to Reynolds by a family member. They provided the cellphone number for the project manager, Patrick Morrison. Patrick advised me of the process when filing a claim with my insurance company and scheduled an appointment for the next day. After the inspection it was obvious that I had damage to the roof and the gutters on my home. Patrick sent the insurance adjuster all necessary pictures and damage estimates. Patrick made the process easy and was always available to answer any questions I had. I first spoke with Patrick on March 16th and we had our new roof installed on March 30th. Our new gutters were installed on March 31st.

I highly recommend Reynolds Roofing and Siding, Patrick Morrison, and the entire roofing and gutter crews.

“Some wonderful person donated the cost of this roof to me. I thought it was going to be a one piece bladder, but it was strips going across. So I have a great many seams. But since it was put on in October, and there has been plenty of rain I am snug with no leakes. I also have a 10 year warranty. Thank you doner and thank you Reynolds.”

“These guys came and replaced our roof in ONE day. It’s huge roof too. I was so impressed. They were here for close to 14 hours making sure it was done and cleaned up. They then came back the next morning to make sure everything was cleaned up and better than they left it. Justin was super nice and took time to explain things to us. I would highly recommend! The roof looks AMAZING, it was done QUICK and they left our home BETTER than they found it.”

I contacted Reynolds Roofing and spoke with Dave, the owner and he was super nice and said he would send a man out to check mom's damage. Next day I received a call from Tim who works at Reynolds. Tim said he had looked at the damage and made the necessary repairs. These gentlemen absolutely went out of their way to take care of mom's trouble. Other than a few glitches due to weather the job was done and everything cleaned up in a reasonable amount of time.
